Our home was updated with our guests in mind to create a warm, cozy space filled with charm and character. Located on Eastland Ave where you can find the most popular restaurants, including Rosepepper, Wild Cow, and Jeni's Ice Cream in less than half a mile. By car 2 min to Five Points; 7 min to Nissan Stadium; 5-10 min to downtown, Bridgestone, Music City Center and honky-tonks; 10-15 min to Nashville Int Airport; easy access to all that Nashville has to offer! THE SPACE We finished renovation of our home at the beginning of summer 2018. Based on what we like when we rent homes while on vacation, privacy was one of our main concerns. We provide a private entrance with a keyless door code in front of house and free off street parking. Our home is split into two separate living spaces and you will stay in Side A. Experience Music City like a local! Live in one of Nashville’s premier neighborhoods in our bright, spacious, and comfortable house! You can bike or walk around hip East Nashville. Perfect for couples, friends, families, & business travelers.
