This fully furnished property is your home away from home in SW Florida. It offers beautiful views of the sunrises and sunsets, Florida birds/wildlife to watch in the canal, heated pool with covered lanai to enjoy during the day while swimming and to stargaze at night. The lanai also features lounge chairs to soak up the sun or just relax and a large table with six chairs to eat outside, play games, socialize or enjoy drinks. There is also a Blackstone griddle on the lanai for outside grilling. The inside of the house has three sets of sliders to enter into the lanai. The kitchen is fully furnished for cooking/baking. There are three bedrooms (king bed, queen bed, bunkbeds, pull out trundle and two sofa sleepers (queen and full) which will accommodate 11 people and two nice size bathrooms. A full-size washer and dryer complete the home accessories. It is located in Rotonda West on a quiet and safe street within minutes of 3 beaches (Boca Grande Beach, Englewood Beach and Middle Beach on Manasota Key), restaurants, and shopping. Rotonda West also has 7 golf courses to choose from, several walking sidewalks, and a very nice bike trail.
