The Space: You’ll enter through the fully equipped kitchen and find plenty of seating for dining. From the dining area, head out onto the large deck, with abundant relaxing seating and festive string lights. Cook and dine in this delightful outdoor space using the patio table and grill provided. You’ll discover the 6-person hot tub in the yard, along with a firepit and yard games. Back inside, chill out in the comfortable, light-drenched living room with its 58” TV that streams Hulu, Peacock, Disney, and ESPN.
Restful bedroom options on the main level include a queen bedroom and a train-themed room with full-size bed and twin bed with twin trundle. For your remote-working needs, you’ll find a desk in the beachy primary bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom with shower. You’ll also notice a full bathroom with tub-shower combo on the main level.
Check out the fun zone on the lower level. You’ll love viewing movies, sports, and all your favorite content in the surround-sound theatre room, complete with popcorn machine. An air-hockey game and ping-pong table add to the fun. Play games to your heart’s content in the game room, featuring a selection of games and game table. You’ll also appreciate additional sleeping options on the lower level – two sofas that fold out into beds, as well as the convenience of a washer, dryer, and laundry sink on the lower level.

* Your safety is our main concern and our insurance will only allow a MAXIMUM OF 10 GUESTS, including infants and toddlers. * No pets allowed. * You must clean your own dishes, otherwise, a $15 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. * Please do not wear shoes inside the home. * Please turn down the AC/heat when you’re away. * No parties or events, an extra $500 cleaning fee will be applied if a party is thrown. * Check-in is at 4 PM or after by Smartlock and check-out is at 11AM. You will be charged an additional $25 for every 15 minutes late for check out unless pre-approved by the host. * Please observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am out of respect for our neighbors. * There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house or garage. If you smoke outside, please pick up the butts and dispose of them safely. * There are ring security cameras present on the exterior for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them. * The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods. * For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin. * If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP.
It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
Hot tub Rules -Please shower before and after using the hot tub to protect linens. -Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. We are not responsible for accidents or injury. -Local ordinances require the hot tub cover be replaced and securely strapped when not in use to prevent entry by young children and to keep it heated. -Spa cover is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on hot tub cover. -Do not enter if the temperature is above 104 F -No glass in or near hot tub -No jumping, diving or pets -Limit your hot tub time to 15 min and cool off before using again. Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness or fainting. -Warning: Please consult a physician before using if you are elderly, pregnant, have diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, any illness or if taking prescription medications. -Please do not use hot tub if you have diarrhea or any disease transmittable by water. -Do not use under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. -No children under the age of 12 should use the hot tub, they are much more prone to overheating. -Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls, etc. need to be disposed of in the wastebasket.
No video productions without written consent from the property owner.
Wooded areas and areas outside of the immediate lawn may contain poison ivy. Please stay in the yard for your own safety.
The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons. In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith. Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make reasonable efforts to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair, maintenance, and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds/rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. By electronically agreeing to this lease, the Renter has read, fully understands, and agreed to all the terms and conditions included in this agreement. Renter is aware that this is a release of liability and a legal contract and signs it (or electronically agrees to) of Renter’s own free will.
