Positive: The location is amazing. It’s a cozy house. Even with just one window ac the place stays cool. To have a grill and outdoor space is really nice as well.
Negative: Not being able to use the washer and dryer, I didn’t realize how hard that would be for a week long trip with kids. The smell of moth balls was so overwhelming that even having the windows open didn’t help. The people upstairs were mostly undetectable expect for one night which made it hard for all us to fall asleep. The fact this house is not completely private with no amenities, the price per night should not be in the same range to the other places trying to charge $500 a night. It isn’t worth it.
Summary: Would go again if the price was right and the washer and dryer is fixed
