The apartment is located in the typical district of the colonies. Built in the 30s of last century, the neighborhood follows a polygonal layout and the buildings have facades art deco. It is located in a central area of โโthe city next to one of its main avenues, Avenue Almirante Reis and the underground station "Angels" one minute away on foot. In this area one can find all kinds of trade - restaurants, cafes, craft stores, grocery stores, laundries (...) and transport, such as the tourist tram 28, which is the historical route through the hills of the city.
The historic sights like the castle of St. George, the Baixa, the yard of the palace, Chiado or Liberty Avenue are 15 minutes away. As well as access to the train station of Santa Apolonia and the airport.
The apartment was fully renovated in 2015 and have four bedrooms, three of them with double bed and one with twin beds, dining area and living room, two full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, microwave, fridge , Nespresso coffee machine ... is ideal for groups or families.
