Positive: Location was perfect. Private parking outside property. Bed very comfortable and the good sized living room was very cosy, with lovely view of the river and trees.

Negative: Would have liked heating on at hours to suit us. The morning was fine but heating off by 8pm is a bit early.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.
