Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Loved how walkable and close it was to the duomo and city center. Loved how much space we had and the cute modern feel.

Negative: The air conditioning was leaking and the staff was unreasonably rude when I asked for help. The sides of the couch were broken and the toilet seat as well.

Summary: Convenient location and nice overall stay. The message I received during my stay was extremely unprofessional.
