Welcome to Oregon! Nestle into our contemporary and freshly furnished guest suite just outside of Portland, in the charming neighborhood of Milwaukie! Freshly furnished, this warm and happy space serves as the perfect urban retreat for couples, families, and groups of friends alike!

The space
Enter your space through your own private entrance and make yourself at home in our freshly furnished basement unit! Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.
Your space is a private 1 bed, 1 bath studio complete with a Living Area with a sleeper sofa (full-size that can sleep 1-2 smaller people), convenient kitchenette (includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker & dishes/silverware!), desk, TV, and washer & dryer. The bathroom is located separately from the studio space, next to the laundry room.
After years of traveling ourselves, we’d like to think our space is somewhere all visitors can relax and enjoy their time in this great city!
Please beware! Ceiling height is low and may not be suitable for taller individuals. Please send a message for any questions or concerns!
Guest access
You have your own private entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate from our main home, so feel free to come and go as you please. Know that we share the washer and dryer, but we’ll do our best to coordinate times around your schedule as to not interrupt your stay :)
Parking Instructions: Guest parking is the first space on the left from the driveway next to the house for your convenience.
The neighborhood
WELCOME to Portland Metro—Milwaukie! We are 20 minutes away from the center of the City of Roses. With a slogan of "Keep Portland Weird," there is an abundance of unique things to explore in this very walkable city. Head downtown to visit iconic shops like Voodoo Doughnuts, Powell’s bookstore (among other small bookstores), the Portland Japanese Garden, rent a bike along the waterfront path, or eat at the plethora of Food Cart pods.
Milwaukie Bay is also a wonderful place to visit and only 10 minutes away. Closer still is a 5 minute drive to the Clackamas River—Clackamette Park & High Rocks Park—and only 2 minutes to the Willamette River—Meldrum Bar Park!
Not to mention all the gorgeous trails, there is much to explore here. We love good food and beautiful places, so are more than happy to offer suggestions and recommendations for your special stay!

We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
