This beautiful custom home is nestled in the beautiful mountains of Twin Lakes. The views are breath taking and the outdoor entertainment area is amazingly spacious.
The Space:
This beautiful home has 3 stories with bedrooms and sitting rooms on each level. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor hot tub makes for the perfect after adventure relaxation spot and the star gazing is out of this world. This house has been newly updated and is ready for you to enjoy.
Our home is located near all the outdoor activities including hiking, biking, fishing, boating, skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding and any other adventure you can imagine. Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain are all within reach!
This is the perfect get away for family and friends. It is close to the main town of Leadville and it is an easy drive to all amenities.
The kitchen/ main living room with Smart TV is on the main level with access to the outside deck. There is a hot tub and fire pit on the deck with incredible mountain views.
-Note - on the main level of the house where the kitchen and living room are, the bathroom that is available is located in the master bedroom on that level. There is also a bathroom on the third level as well as the basement level.
-Note there is a steam shower on the downstairs level, the steam does not work, but the shower does.

Guests have access to the entire house.
The Neighborhood:
Downtown Twin Lakes is just a few minutes away. Leadville is a 20 minute drive with all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment!
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is with a car as there is no public transportation to get to and from this home. In the winter it is best to have four wheel drive and good tires. It is always manageable to get to the home, but we want to be transparent that in the winter the roads could be snow packed.
