Welcome to "Serenity Pond" your new home away from home. For the first time ever, we are offering our genuine log cabin, comfortably sleeping 8 with 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. Build memories with family and friends on the expansive flagstone patio with 4 unique sitting areas, views of the turquoise, incredibly clean and vibrant private swimming pond in your own back yard. Hike through our 14 acres of trails and become one with nature. Located in charming Narrowsburgh on the Delaware river.
The space
The primary bedroom is located upstairs and features a comfy king size bed with en-suite full bathroom. The main floor boasts a massive brick fireplace, beautiful exposed wood beams and plenty of seating for your entire group. Here you'll find a fully stocked kitchen as well as a dining room table that can comfortably fit 8 people. Down the hall you will find a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and the two guest bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed with a twin trundle underneath. The other has an king size bed with plenty of room to set up a crib. Finally the large, finished basement has another sleeping area with a futon and classic bunk beds. In the basement you will also find a 1/2 bathroom, TV lounge area with 2 sofas that have 4 recliners built into it and a fun game room. Though I must say the real draw to this place is the outdoor space. Rocking chair front and back porches provide the expected charm of a log cabin. In the front you can enjoy the sights and sound of nature gazing into the woods. Out back the porch is fully screened with amazing views of the pond and our humming bird feeders. The patio is huge and the stacked flagstone is a highlight of the space. To the left of the house there are two distinct sitting areas with a swinging chair and table/chairs/umbrella set up. As you approach the back of the house there is a small fire pit, lounge area with outdoor couch/chairs and a massive round table with room for everyone. The table has a pergola with shade and the lounge area is equipped with a retractable awning for those hot summer days. As you walk the flagstone path to the pond we have a large deck that actually overhangs into the pond. On the deck there is another outdoor sofa, picnic table and sun chairs. Don't worry we have three umbrellas up there in case you need some shade. The sandy beach entry is the best way to access this beautiful swimming pond. Head out to the floating dock in the middle of the pond and with depths of 12' you can jump/dive right into the clear, blue water. If you really want to relax, we even have a hammock anchored between two massive trees. A perfect spot for and afternoon siesta.
Guest access
You have full access to the home and the 14 acres of land. No one else will be there during your stay. The other structure in the photos is our detached garage which will be locked during your stay. Behind the pond is our walking trail through the woods. Please refrain from using dirt bikes/ATV's and keep to our property. There are orange markers and no trespassing signs on the trees to mark our neighbors property line.

Our booking requirements are that you have previously confirmed your identity with VRBO and that you have had at least 1 positive review in the past from other hosts. Digital Nomads looking for longer term stays (2 weeks +) during the off season can message me for a discounted rate.
