Completely renovated in 2023, our cottage is nestled between land and sea on the Vendée coast, less than 10 minutes from the beaches and close to Les Sables d'Olonne. We will be delighted to welcome you to our property.
The cottage is located in the heart of Ile d'Olonne, a few minutes from the sea.
We welcome you to our gite on the ground floor on an area of 80m2. It is composed of a large entrance, with a reading area and a WC, a living room kitchen, a bathroom with WC, two bedrooms.
Each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
The living room opens onto a 40m2 wooden terrace and a 100m2 private garden, with 6-seater JACUZZI/SPA.
