Our private beach is complete with tiki huts for shade and relaxation as well barbecue facilities and picnic table for beachside dining and effortless entertaining. Our community offers perfect blend of relaxation, recreation, and community spirit. In winter season our community clubhouse is perfect place for game nights and other community events. Our condo is located in St. Petersburg, right on beautiful Boca Ciega Bay, close to all the attractions and amenities you need. Enjoy easy access to some of the best beaches in US - St. Pete beach, Pass-a-Grille and Fort De Soto are all within 15 minutes.
If you are flying in – choose between St. Pete - Clearwater International airport and Tampa International airport. They are both 20 to 25-minute drive away from our place and easily taken care of by using an Uber or booking a rental car.
For sports enthusiasts, Tropicana Center (Tampa Bay Rays; MLB) is 15 minutes along the highway, and Raymond James Stadium (Tampa Bay Buccaneers; NFL) and Amalie Arena (Tampa Bay Lighting; NHL) are close by across the Tampa Bay. Area is known for spring training for NY, Phillies, Pirates and Rays. Grand Prix race is annually held in St. Petersburg. For golfers, multiple opportunities exist in close vicinity.
Recreational fishing opportunities are endless with multiple charters boats for snapper, grouper, sharks and tuna as well as world’s longest Skyway fishing pier within 15 minutes. As we are located by the ocean there are multiple opportunities to enjoy the water sports like kayaking, boating, paddle boarding, Jet skiing, scuba diving and snorkeling.
