1 Belmondos is a ground-floor apartment with a generous private courtyard and lawn.
This property sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms – one with Queen bed and ensuite with shower, the other with 2 single beds. It has an additional bathroom with a bath over the shower.
The comfortable living with large sofa and TV area is just off the kitchen with new stove and everything you need for your self-catered holiday. There is both indoor and outdoor dining, for those warm summer nights.
This property is the only 1 in the complex with access to its own generous private courtyard, the perfect spot to relax in on those warm afternoons.
The complex features a lovely enclosed shared pool area, with communal BBQ and adjacent shaded grassy area. Beyond the pool, there is access to the Noosa River waterways and a small sandy beach, perfect for launching kayaks and paddleboards from.
The property also includes ceiling fans throughout and air con in the main living area, laundry, wi-fi and TV.
Noosa Parade leads directly to Hastings Street and Main Beach in one direction (1.9kms), and Noosaville’s Gympie Terrace in the other (2kms). It is serviced by local buses that will take you around the Shire and beyond.
This property is positioned opposite Quamby Place which hosts excellent restaurants and a convenience store. The Noosa Ferry stops here which will take you to Hastings Street and the Noosa Marina.

Summary: I stayed for 3 nights - a flying visit from the UK, so only needed the property for sleeping! The apartment was lovely, the only (big!) issue was the temperamental key pad on the outside door. I had to phone the out of hours property manager for guidance to get in and I also had help from the chap upstairs. I couldn't get the wifi to work but, as I was only really sleeping and showering at the property, it wasn't really an issue for me. All in all, would highly recommend but I would suggest more detailed info re the key pad!
