The space
This building was originally designed for three long term multifamily apartments. The rooms in each apartment unit are spacious and the concrete structure offers excellent privacy.
The entire building can be used as a getaway for a large family and we are willing to offer a discount if a large group wants to rent it in its entirety.
Please note the other two apartment units are each 2-bedrooms and 1 baths with a sofa bed and equipped to hold 6 persons each.
