Playa Blanca is a recently constructed 14 unit complex directly on the beautiful white sandy beach of Buena Vista, one of the nicest on the East Cape. The building is gated with secure-gated parking, has an infinity pool with lounging terrace and direct beach access. A swim up wet bar next to the pool on the fourth level provides amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. Mix your own drinks, relax and enjoy the ocean view.
Condo B102, Casita de Lupine, is a 1 bedroom/2 bath ground floor unit with easy access to great swimming, kayaking and snorkeling a few steps from the patio.
Casita de Lupine comes furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, A/C, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, wireless Internet and a Smart TV with DVD player and Roku. A queen size bed in the master bedroom, and a hide-a-bed sofa plus a cot (underneath bed), will accommodate either a family of 5 or two couples.

Summary: This is a great condo at a very reasonable price. It was very clean and comfortable. We also loved how quiet it was, though we were there in the off-season. Our family has stayed at many places in Los Barriles and Buena Vista and would definitely rent this condo again when it is just two of us. Much nicer than the pool and bar noise at Villas de Cortez. Right on the beach - from the patio we watched the bat rays flapping far out on the water and lightning off in the distance at night. The beach in front of the condo is very nice (with an occassional visiting cow lol - they visit everywhere) and the public beach that is nearby is not noisy at all, just local families cooling off. People in the neighborhood were very friendly, notably Jorge and his family with their BBQ. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. August in Baja is very hot, humid, and sweaty. The A/C was also much appreciated! And the management company was very easy to work with - we even got our ATV rental through them as they offered to deliver it to the condo.
