Positive: Loved the screened in pool and the secluded house. Luckily, my wife and I did not have per allergies as there were plenty of cat and/or dog hair all over the living room rug, sofa and other bedroom surfaces. These would have significant ramifications for those who have severe reactions to pet dander.
Negative: The cleaning fee was significantly high considering the checking out instructions that were left by the owning company. As a couple, we do not create a significant amount of trash, displacement, or disturbance during our stay but are subjected to the same $300 cleaning fee as the whole house. Cleaning fees are astronomical compared to the actual fees after the checkout instructions left by the lessor because what is left for the cleaners is basically wiping surfaces and doing laundry. Hopefully, the management company is passing on the ridiculous cleaning fee to the cleaning partner that they are charging. The air filtration of the home was questionable when I realized the vent in the middle of the living room had dust all around it and the AC return vent in the hallway had no filter at all and was pulling away from the wall with no drywall anchors. We would not return to this rental unless major renovations were completed. Another upgrade could be completed to the bedrooms as they are riddled with rolling bed frames and not conducive to properties that have solid bed frames instead of them that are available in Walmart. These bed frames did not provide a solid place to sleep
