Our lovely home is a in a nice and quiet st in Concord California. We are near the University of California East Bay Concord campus and the lime ridge open for hiking and exploring. We are a no pet place but if a pet is approved an extra $50 cleaning fee will be applied.
The space
Wifi is available and an apple tv for you to use. We have a covered patio for al fresco dining. Front yard with many trees including Chinese elm and California Buckeye. The California Buckeye loses its leaves in the summer( it is not dead). If you have not heard we have a severe drought so everything looks dry.
Guest access
The entire house except garage. Some closets have owner’s clothing but not in the way.
Other things to note
At time of checkout please leave all dishes in the dishwasher and put only used towels and bedding into each laundry basket in each room. Please include the bath mat
