Summary: I spoke to the property owner shortly after I booked the property and he stated the property needed maintenance and that he would give me another one and I agreed. I then realized that the one he offered to give was cheaper than I paid and had less rooms. So I reached out to him and asked him what is he going to about a price adjustment and when he finally responded he said the maintenance was finished, however the work was patched up just to get us in there. While we were there the shower head fell off in one of the bathrooms which we had to replace. One of the bedrooms in the basement had puddles of water when you step down off the bed, holes in the bathroom floor covered with a throw rug, a chair was broken. We had to buy sheets for the beds because the sheets were very unsanitary, the Tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and the toilet in one of the bathrooms was very loose and shook when in use. I can continue with more things that were broken and a problem but I believe you get the message I’m trying to convey. I spoke with the property owner and his response was I’ll look into it unbelievable. I don’t suggest anyone book this house until the maintenance is fully completed.
