Located in the heart of Scottsdale you are close to shopping, spas and numerous restaurants. Sit pool side and take in the summer sun in this 5-Bedroom and 3-bathroom home. This home is perfect for the multiple families or big groups. With a large open floor plan, you can easily entertain your guest while cooking the perfect meal.
Easy access to the backyard allows you to move the party outdoors to the pool area. Here you have ample seating around the fire pit and grill area. Relax next to the pool and soak up the sun or enjoy the large hot tub after a long day out in Scottsdale. We added a putting green and bean bag toss area to the backyard for your enjoyment.

In addition to garage parking, we have 2 additional spaces behind the garage and 2 spaces in the driveway in front of the house.
We furnish the home with pool towels, bath towels and all linens for the beds. We also provide a starter pack of soaps and paper products to get your vacation started. After the starter pack is used up it is up to the guest to provide for themselves.
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we value our neighbors. Please no loud parties.
Pool heat is available at an additional cost of $100 a day. This is applied to the entire reservation. You cannot pick and choose days.
This is a dog friendly home. No dogs over 75 lbs. No dogs in the pool. There is a $150 per pet fee with a maximum of 2.

There is a charge for early check in and late check out. This has to be approved by management first.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.
Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.

Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15-to-20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.
Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. During the colder season, this does not mean the pool maintains that temperature. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.
Q. What is provided in the rental?
A. We provide sheets and bedding for all the beds. Towels for all the bathrooms as well as pool towels. There is a starter pack of paper products. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps to get you started on your vacation. It is up to the guest to provide for themselves after the starter pack of products.
