Open common room includes a fine sofa with complementing stone top coffee and side tables. With a high definition television this is the perfect space to enjoy some downtime with you travel companions or simply relax after a busy day exploring the streets of the city. Conveniently, this area also transform into an extra sleeping accommodation by pulling out the sofa into a bed. In the common room you’ll also find a beautiful dark finish dining table for your dining enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliance, including dishwasher, cookware, and dishware. Full bathroom features shower hose handle, marble tub, three door medicine cabinet, and Hollywood style lighting above the mirror. The studio includes a Queen sized bed for your bedding accommodations. Walkup building (4 flights up).

Payment Terms: when making the reservation $1000 down payment y credit card or Zelle is required to secure the booking. If card is selected, there is a 5% processing fee added. The remaining balance for the f rent & fees is due at check in by Zelle or Bank Transfers. If reservation extended after booking made to a period of 60 days or more for longer period, you may pay directly to host by monthly installments via Zelle or Bank Transfer only.
Minimum 30 nights is required and NO Exceptions
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $360 per month. The payment should be made directly to host at check-in.
For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours.
Please be aware that a late check-in fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after 8 PM, and a fee of $200 will be charged for arrivals after midnight.
All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet registration fee ranging from $400 to $500 depending on size, amount and length of stay.
While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue.
