Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The view of Cusco is outstanding because the Luna House is situated on the hill on the north side of Cusco. While the rooms are small, they are very comfortable. There’s also a shared living room if you want a bit more space to stretch out. Breakfast is eggs (fried or scrambled), fruit/cereal, yogurt, fresh juice, and coffee/tea. When you get back to your room in the evening, you’ll arrive to a turned down room with a hot water bottle in the bed. IT IS HEAVENLY. My most favorite thing is the adorable friendly “receptionist” Antares (species: dog). He looks like a golden retriever/corgi mix, but apparently he is a Peruvian sheep dog.

Negative: Didnt know it would be such a hike to get there every day and it’s a bit confusing how to enter at first. The host, Mr Alcides, will give a thorough orientation upon check in. He is Spanish speaking only but Angela is always available via WhatsApp.
