This modern, detached chalet for a maximum of 12 people is located right in the center of Sankt Margarethen im Lungau in Salzburgerland, a short distance from the ski lift and with a great view of the ski slopes.
The chalet consists of 2 residential units, this residential unit has a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 12 people. (including sofa bed for 2 people in the attic). The living area offers a modern Austrian dining area, a large seating area and a luxurious kitchen. There is underfloor heating everywhere and through the patio doors you can access the large outdoor terrace in the south-facing garden with a patio table, bench and (deck) chairs. Parking is available directly at the chalet.
Outside there is a garden with its own outdoor room with a ski boot heater, a covered lounge seating area, a separate sauna with an outdoor shower and a large hot tub.
The chalet is within walking distance of the ski lift of the Katschberg-Aineck ski area (70 km of slopes) and approx. 200 m from the town center with plenty of shopping opportunities. The Obertauern ski area (100 km of slopes) can be reached by car in 25 minutes, the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area (50 km of slopes) in 5 minutes and the family mountain Fanningberg in 20 minutes (30 km of slopes), all with the free ski bus.
The cities of Salzburg and Villach, but also northern Italy, Slovenia and Croatia are easily accessible. In summer, both active holidaymakers and those seeking peace and quiet can enjoy this wonderful environment. Golfing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, rafting, yoga on the mountain and motorcycling on the many beautiful passes in the area are one of the many ways to experience a fantastic vacation!
