Waking up and admiring such mountain and lake views from this well-appointed, newly remodeled and furnished three-story home is simply a gift from above. All three levels boast nothing but comfort, luxury, and convenience. The main living space is located on the second floor of this mountain gem, where guests can comfortably sprawl in the sectional sofa and stream their favorite shows on the large, flatscreen Smart TV in the living room.
The space
This cozy space also features a gorgeous river rock propane fireplace to warm up the place in the blink of an eye if needed. When mealtime comes around, the kitchen will be a delight to work on with modern, stainless steel appliances and enough counter space. Folks can keep the chef company at the three-person island and then retreat and enjoy delicious meals at the large wooden table for eight. This level also opens up to a well-furnished deck with another eight-person outdoor dining table and a convenient BBQ grill.
The first floor hosts a private primary suite with its own wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a standalone shower, access to another deck off of the suite, a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo and sink, and a half bath. The third and upper floor of the home has a pleasant and well-appointed lounge area where you and your family can play board games while the river rock fireplace roars in the distance and it opens up to a third deck. This level also has another primary suite with another gas fireplace, wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV, access to the deck, and an en-suite full bath with a standalone shower and a separate tub that is to die for! The kids' bedroom is simply adorable with two bunk beds, its own bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a tipi! There is a guest bedroom and a full bath in the hall.

This is not our rule, it's the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbors policy. Bathers must wear appropriate swim attire. Street clothes and shoes are not allowed in the water. There will be $50 fee per day to use the hot tub.
