The last mile once you get off Walker Road are HOA-maintained dirt road. There are sections that are narrow, and bumpy. Four-wheel-drive vehicles or CHAINS are recommended in the winter if there is snow on the road. The road can be rough during the rainy season and icy, slippery & even snow packed during winter season. **Approach the cabin at your own risk during the winter time. ** After the snow fall, the HOA may not send a grader to clear the snow for a few days and even if the HOA clears the snow from Walker Rd, our short private drive may not be cleared.
**Note: There are a few stairs to reach the property’s front door
Living Space: This spacious, inviting, inspiring and open-concept layout features vaulted ceilings, soft, leather couches, and a dining space that creates the ideal gathering area! There is an HD flat screen TV with Steaming capability that you can log into your accounts with. WiFi is provided for your convenience! The home is stocked with board games, puzzles, and cards for hours of entertainment while you create memories that will last a lifetime. The home come with central heat and air for your comfort as well as a wood burning stove for those crisp fall and winter evenings.
Kitchen: The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a double oven, stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker! It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils.
**Note: Be sure to purchase groceries before heading up the mountain!
Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom, located on the main floor, highlights a plush, new King-sized bed. This room features an ensuite bathroom, a closet area, and a large double door with windows to view the Bradshaw Mountain Range.
Second Bedroom: This bedroom is also located on the main floor and features a king-sized mattress, an ensuite bathroom that opens to the main area as well. This room is perfect for sleeping in as it has blackout curtains that will keep you snug under the blankets well after the sun comes up.
Third Bedroom: This bedroom is located as well on the main floor and has a custom Queen size day bed with a small shelf around the top that looks out towards the east. Perfect for those gorgeous sunrises coming up over the mountains.
Fourth bedroom: This bedroom is located downstairs and features 2 custom-made full-size bunk beds with pull out twin beds underneath, creating the perfect kid hangout spot. Just outside is a second living room equipped with a Large HD flat screen tv as well as a shuffleboard and closet full of games to play!
Bathrooms: This home has two private bathrooms located on the main floor. One is the master suite and the other is located between the two bedrooms adjacent to the master. A half bath is located downstairs. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.
Propane Grill: There is a propane grill onsite for your convenience.
Washer/Dryer: The cabin has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience located in the master closet area.
The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest.
**NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety.
