Three spacious floors in a unique split level plan to sleep 10 with 4 bedrooms, (master & 3 guest suites) 4.5 baths, movie screening projector room with surround sound and living area. Top floor master features 3 sided fireplace & sitting area with private balcony. Cherry wood kitchen with Subzero/Thermador/Bosch appliances, wine fridge, island bar & granite counters.
The home has a unique floorpan with luxury accents for comfortable beach living. Your front yard is the Gulf, with the sand just a few feet from the outdoor patio. This first floor layout includes the screening room, an indoor and outdoor dining area for 6 and a full bath with washer/dry. Stairs lead up to the next level to living/kitchen, half bath and second laundry room. It also has a Guest Suite Bedroom with 2 Full size bunk beds (4 Full Beds) with ensuite full bath.
The third floor leads to the Master Suite, lavish with a 3-sided fireplace and private sitting area with 2 swivel chairs, large panoramic windows, private balcony, 2 large walk-in closets and stylish en-suite bathroom with shower and separate jacuzzi tub.
Step up another half level to the split top floor with 2 identical King Guest Suites, a full shower/bath combo and a large private office with built in cabinets and desk space.
There are several living and sitting areas throughout multi level home that are perfect for gathering or solitude. The home flows with combined lounge/kitchen and dining with an island bar up and screening family room dining down with various patios and balconies on all 3 floors. Multiple plush accents will be found throughout the home including maple wood flooring, custom cherry cabinetry and mosaic tiles.
You will have access to the entire home, front and back yards.
Madeira Beach is a beach town full of activities and attractions, along with our nationally renowned beach. This home is directly on the beach, with easy walk to John's Pass Boardwalk and dozens of restaurants, bars and shops. There are a ton of marinas and watersports in the area as well, you can rent jet ski's, boats, charter fishing boats, dolphin tours or parasailing.
Please note: You must be able to climb stairs, there is no elevators and 3 split levels to the home.

We are dog friendly - 2 dogs max are permitted with a $200 non-refundable fee. All Madeira Beach Municipal Laws must be followed (no dogs on the beach). Please note: any damage caused by your pup will be charged accordingly.
Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
