Welcome to The Luxe at German Village! This AMAZING condo is the perfect spot for your next trip to Columbus! From beautiful decor throughout the house, Deluxe finishings, High end linens and Casper Hybrid beds, and so much more, this condo is one of a kind! The Luxe was just built in 2022 and is just waiting to host you!
When you walk in either through the garage, where you're free to park, or through the front door, you are greeted with a top of the line, newly built, beautiful decorated condo!
The first level of this three story condo is where you'll want to spend a lot of time hanging with your group! A game room with Darts, Foosball, Board Games, Smart TV with a Sound Bar, and a Wet Bar! Shake up your favorite cocktail from our Cocktail Recipe book and then challenge your friends to a game!
From this level you can head out to the backyard where we have a propane grill, patio furniture, corn hole, and loungers!
When you're all finished playing games, head to the second story to the beautiful, high end kitchen and living room! In a wrap around floor design there's two sitting areas, a washer/dryer for you to use free of charge, 2 balconies, a gourmet kitchen, and a dining area!
The kitchen is a chef's dream featuring all the cooking items you could ever need! High end Henckels knife sets, pots and pans, a Ninja Blender and so much more!
Not a morning person!? we have your coffee covered, with a Nespresso machine and frother, Drip coffee maker, and tea kettle, we have what you're looking for! Smart TVS in both the living room and sitting/dining area. And a queen size Casper Hybrid mattress sleeper sofa in the living room as well!
The third level is where you'll be sleeping in lush comfort of amazing beds and linens! The master bedroom has a king Casper Hybrid, vanity area and attached bathroom with glass shower!
The second bedroom has another king sized bed with a dedicated vanity and magnifying mirror and double closets.
The third bedroom has 2 queen beds, a vanity with magnifying mirror and a large closet as well!
All bedrooms have smart TVs!
In the open area we have a dedicated working area with lots of natural light coming in! Make sure you check out the top level balcony and enjoy the city views!
