We have focused on creating a comfortable, modern vibe with a mid-century flair. Fully refreshed for 2023, sink into the oversized, deep sofa in front of the 65" 4K cinema-ready television.
The outdoor heated pool with majestic mountain and lakefront vistas is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunshine. The sunsets over the water and the mountains in the distance are breathtaking and serve as a beautiful backdrop for your al fresco evening dinner under the desert sky.
The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, cooking or mixing up your favorite aperitif! There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out, with the two secondary bedrooms in a separate wing from the primary bedroom. The dining room comfortably seats eight, and up to ten in a pinch.
Each bedroom is its own luxe retreat in its own right with hotel quality beds and linens. We take pride in ensuring you will have the most relaxing sleep possible, but also giving each bedroom its own smart TV with all of the cable TV and streaming capabilities for your entertainment.
And should you need to do a little bit of remote work while you're enjoying your sunny getaway, the home has Gigabit internet wifi inside and outdoors to ensure plenty of space throughout the home for each person to fire off those emails.

The house is set on a scenic lakefront site in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It's a short drive from shopping and restaurants, as well as MLB spring training facilities and football games at the University of Phoenix Stadium.
We are conveniently located off the 101 freeway in the Northwest Valley in Arrowhead Lakes.

* This property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood that we also call home as well. As such we ask our guests to please respect the evening quiet hours by ensuring there is no noise outdoors between the hours of 9pm and 7am each night to limit any noise across the lakes to our neighbors. We have installed the noise monitoring hardware to listen for excessive noise. But don’t worry – your privacy is respected as this does not record audio. It merely observes the sound levels on the property.
* This is an entirely non-smoking property of any kind -- indoors and outdoors on the property. Unfortunately if we discover this has not been respected during your stay with us, we will need to charge a $500 cleaning fee to ensure the following guests have a smoke-free environment.
* We must restrict use of the property only to the number of guests specified in your reservation and explicitly registered with us in advance as part of our pre-arrival communications with you. We have a firm no parties or events policy and unfortunately this is something we will need to strictly enforce. We’re afraid that violations of this will result in us having to prematurely end your visit with us without any refunds.
* We welcome you to fully enjoy the pontoon boat during your stay. However, the minimum age to operate the boat is 25.
