My home is in Beautiful SHOAL HARBOR IN TOWN REHOBOTH BEACH. THIS IS A unique rental in that it is Three second floor rooms. one master with full cali king , second bedroom with king bed and third with full pottery barn bed and balcony. There is a huge bathroom in the master with a soaking tub and shower. AND a full 3 piece bath with granite for the other two bathrooms to share.
The kitchen is shared with the owner. Its has high end appliances and a full area for storage of your food.. I reside on the first floor. But you won’t see me except to check in and out. And maybe coffee in the am. The rental season is starting Memorial Day weekend. And goes thru Labor Day week. The rental Consists of all of the Second floor rooms starting with a huge master bedroom with a California king. The sheets and comforters are provided. As are towels and soaps. There is One full walk in closet in this huge master room….For guests use. The room is All Hardwood floored . Call colors and a horse theme. The Clothes storage also consists of a LARGE key west style sweater cabinet. The Second bedroom has a cute pottery barn sea grass double bed. Again all sheets and comforters. And Also a master closet. There is no dresser here. The Second bedroom has access to private balcony to hang out. Possibly enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail.. or morning coffee. The third bedroom has a full California king also. This is a brand new mattress as of summer of 2022. It contains calm green colors And Each bedroom has its own full bath. Both are Tiled with granite plus full baths and shower combo .The loft above is a great family hangout room or can be another bedroom for teenagers. Sofa bed pull out tv roku and full balcony upon the loft area
Please clean your own trash as you go.
And also So sorry but No PETS . PLEASE DONT ASK. WE NO NO NO CAN DO. Lol.

I ALREADY HAVE TWO dogs THAT WILL BE DOWNSTAIRS AT ALL TIMES They are friendly. If you have pet allergies. Please don’t rent from me ? I won’t be refunding fees if you don’t bother to read this.
THERES IS GARAGE ACCESS not for a car but for each things. There are BEACH CHAIRS AND beach TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. Buckets , sand toys, yeti coolers , yeti back pack cooler ,tennis racquets , shoots and ladders game . Umbrellas can be rented at the beach If you don’t like the one I provided .
MY PROPERTY IS CLOSE TO Town. ALL restaurants and stores close by. ITS Walkable to town and rehoboth beach and boardwalk. There are great restaurants within less than two blocks. Chesapeake and Main highly recommend Eden or Jam for a higher end restaurant , also Salt air also can never go wrong with. Then across the highway is the Thompson brewing Company , Blue Coast, Arenas and Big Fish. Also in town few more blocks down are Fins, and the Purple Parrot. And Grottos.Down on Wilmington Avenue is Confucius which I highly recommend. You cannot go wrong with any of the restaurants in my opinion.
If you want traditional family food there is an Outback on rt one , close by , Grottos ( in town ) and also on the highway out by Home Depot.
Wawa, Giant, fresh market and Aldi are all within less than 1.5 Miles.
CVS is walkable. Around 10 blocks.
Other restaurants to try are Matt’s fish Camp on Rt one. Also one in N Bethany too right over the Indian river bridge.
The beach is .8 th of a mile. There are many different beaches to choose from. If you want access to bathrooms and food just go straight down town on rehoboth ave and you walk right into it. On the boardwalk beach .Or if you choose you can go to the state park beaches at Cape Henlopen. That has less crowds and is a much bigger beach. It costs 8 dollars a day to get in there.
Dewey has some nice family beaches as well. They are around 3 miles away one town down.
I can provide you with one parking spot. If you have more than one car, it will require you to buy a weekend pass in town. You can buy the pass on the street. There are vendors with umbrellas on most of the Main drags. There is no other parking access in the development. There is No access to other owners spots , so please don’t park there you will be towed and it’s $279 to get your car out of lock up. This is a private gated community. There is no access to my garage except for beach chairs and toys coolers etc. my car will be in there.
On the positive side. There is Full access to our community pool. :) which is right outside the back door. .. from 9 am to 9 pm. We have a pool house with a bathroom. And we have key cards to get in the gated pool. There are a few places to rent bikes in town My fav is Rehoboth cycle. It is owned by a young couple. Very accommodating and pleasant. Also Sea Green bicycles down on Baltimore ave rents bikes too.
This gives you access for all the local Bike paths .

I am a full time realtor. And I live on the bottom floor.
There is access for you on my first floor. You will be provided a key for the front door. I will be accessing my house Thru my master bedroom back and threw the back sliders. So once you take ahold of the key. You probably won’t see me. Lol.
You have full use of the kitchen. Most people eat out all week , but you are welcome too cook. I have five burner thermador range - gas and gas convection oven , I have full fridge sharing with renters, all Bowls silver ware etc. glass ware is provided. I have cuisinart. Pots and pans for your use. If you want to cook. And like I said most people eat out.
There is a full kitchen aid microwave and dishwasher. Please load all dishes you use everyday and same for end of rental.
