The Space:

Guest Access:
The entire apartment is reserved for your exclusive use. The backyard and foyer may be shared with other tenants, although the back deck is private.
The Neighborhood:
Savin Hill is a vibrant mix of young professionals and artists, close enough to downtown to make getting around Boston a breeze, but with enough happening in your immediate environs that you don’t need to go far to discover why our neighborhood is truly a hidden gem.
All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
Less than half a mile to red line on subway to downtown. The closest T stop is Savin Hill on the red line. You can Uber anywhere in Boston for less than $12 on average. For those who feel adventurous, there is a Hubway bike rental location within a 5 minute walk.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO.
Although we do not offer daily housekeeping, we have increased our sanitary standards in response to the COVID-19 pandemic:
- All employees and contractors have been notified to stay home and self-quarantine for 14 days if they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms and/or if they have come into contact with someone who is sick or experiencing symptoms.
- Our professional housekeeping teams are carrying properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO (60% alcohol, .5% Hydrogen Peroxide, or .1% bleach) to use on commonly touched surfaces and to disinfect the tools they touch before entering our homes (mop handles, vacuum handles, tote handles, etc).
- Our cleaning technicians are also sanitizing their hands with 60% alcohol based sanitizer before entering the homes in addition to mandatory hand washing prior to leaving the home.
- All bed and bath linens are washed with hot water and .1% bleach.
- Increased prioritization of disinfection of high touch surfaces: door knobs, drawer/cabinet pulls, light switches, appliance handles, etc.
We stand behind CDC Guidelines that caution passengers against non-essential travel. That said, we recognize that not everyone is in a position to completely abstain. Whether it’s for work, to take care of family, temporary housing, or to get back home, some circumstances inevitably require travel. If you’re one of those individuals who still needs to book a trip, for whatever reason, you can continue to do so with us.

NOTE: This listing has an additional Agreement that applies to all guests staying at the Premises. As part of the booking process, Guest(s) will be required to complete a guest verification process prior to receiving any check-in information pertaining to the Premises. The booking Guest will be required to provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. Guest(s) will be required to review and sign an Agreement with the Host. Cash App or any pre-paid debit cards are not acceptable methods of payment. Please also refer to Schedule A in the Agreement between Guest and Host for a table of fees assessed for violating terms of the Agreement or Policies outlined therein. This is not a pet-friendly property. Mailing packages to the Premises is not permitted. We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
