Welcome to the Desert Resort! This stunning 5 bedroom 4 bath home is nestled in North Phoenix and gives you all the privacy you need while being close to ample prime locations. This home has an AMAZING backyard with amenities, including a basketball/pickleball/tennis court, a 9-hole golf course, a pool, a hot tub, and a casita! This home can accommodate 16 people, giving you the flexibility to keep your group together!
The Desert Resort is a dynamic home designed specifically to entertain our guests at a high level. Around the home, you will find many different pull-out sofas, beds, bunk beds, and more to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. Being in North Phoenix means you are surrounded by desert beauty! You will find Phoenix Sonoran Preserve, located close to the property, with many trailheads. Also, Cave Creek National Park and Lake Pleasant are only 13 miles away. This home was built on a large plot of land, leaving space to make this backyard a resort. In the backyard, you will first be greeted by an amazing pool surrounded by lounge chairs. Next, you will see a hot tub and outdoor fire pit to relax with your loved ones. The backyard includes an amazing nine-hole putting course to get a taste of one of the country's biggest golf mecca cities. Also, you will be in front of a lighted basketball and pickleball/tennis court in the backyard. When it is time to prepare meals, we have an outdoor kitchen with a barbeque, a huge outdoor dining table, and tons of seating for the rest of the crew to sit back and wait for their tasty meal. Inside the home, you will have an 8-seat dining room table and a large living room to relax in. Each bedroom was designed to sleep multiple people, so we have everything from pull-out trundles under bunk beds to sleeper sofas ready to be deployed.
