The House is spacious, 130m2, well-planned 5 separate bedrooms;
Bedroom 1; Two separate 90cm wide beds that can either be kept separate or put together as a 180cm wide bed if you are traveling as couples.

Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with a bed that is 180cm wide and fits 2 persons. Located on the upper floor.
Bedroom 4: Located on entrance floor, with a bed that is 120cm wide.
Bedroom 5: located downstairs without windows. With a comfy 180cm wide bed that fits 2 persons.
There are spacious social areas in the house; one living room with a nice seating area on the upper floor and one main living room on ground floor. Adjacent to the living room you find the dining spot with seating for up to 10 persons.
The kitchen is spacious with a seating area for up to 4 persons, got nice space to prepare food and includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven, freezer, fridge, hob, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home.
There are two bathrooms in the house; one relax with a bathtub/shower, sauna and Wc on the lower level floor and one full bathroom with Wc and shower on the first floor.
There is also a nice inner yard where you can enjoy long summer nights and nice dining outside.

The house is situated only a short 10 minutes walk to Söderport and Visby Ringmur, an ideal Gotland location! The village of Visby offers a good variety of beautiful architecture, shops, restaurants and bars. For a truly unforgettable stay, immerse yourself in local traditions and events. From the lively Medieval Week festivities to music festivals and art exhibitions, Gotland's cultural calendar is brimming with activities year-round.
Getting Around:
If your main focus is exploring Visby alone, a rental bike is sufficient, as the city is easily navigable on two wheels. However, to fully experience the entirety of Gotland, having your own car (with included parking) or renting one on-site offers flexibility and convenience. This allows you to venture beyond Visby's historic charm and delve into the island's coastal vistas, ancient ruins, and picturesque countryside at your own pace.

With respect to neighbors and families in the area, there is a strict policy that no parties/events or smoking is allowed. No loud music/noise allowed after 21.00 and only confirmed guests are allowed in the house.
