This self-catering villa is an ideal holiday home to enjoy Spetses, & is Greek Tourist Ministry (EOT) approved.Set on 5200 sqm in natural terrain at 90 m elevation,it offers uninterrupted breathtaking views over Aegean sea , island of Hydra & Peloponnese coast, yet is only 600 m away from the nearest beach and Spetses town.Features an infinity swimming pool located in a panoramic position and surrounded by flower beds, extensive lawns and by two different covered living areas incl fully fitted BBQ area with dining tables for 20 ,TV,Home Movie,.Wi-Fi,Hi-Fi,internet.The guest house has 2 double self contained en-suite rooms & pergola along the full 20m side covered with vines, jasmines.The villa has traditional Spetses architecture with large living area on the top floor of 130 sqm including fireplace, handpainted ceiling and open plan kitchen. In the main villa are five ensuite bedrooms, on ground level 1 extra large double and 3 doubles, with 2 bed bedroom on lower level.
Traveling to Spetses from Costa/ Peloponnese: From Costa ( Peloponnese) you can reach Spetses by:
Ferry-boat: 4 crossings daily depending on season (7.15 - 10.00 - 13.00 - 16.30 from Spetses and 8.00 - 10.30 -
13.20 - 17.00, from Costa).
