This fully renovated and exceptionally designer curated three bedroom (each a private suite), three and half bath home is perfect for your family or group. Featuring high end finishes and fixtures throughout. The stunning and spacious living room and event space is great for socializing and relaxing (sleeper sofa in this space as well). The adjoining full kitchen has lots of cabinets and enough counter space for cooking. There is a unique atrium adjoining the other side of the kitchen. There is also a bedroom with king bed and en-suite on the first floor.
The three main entertainment spaces (Main room, Kitchen, and indoor courtyard) feature large scale art, decor and dining fair. Also a 65’ Samsung Frame TV provides an immersive art and television experience. Great spaces for small band set up, DJ set up, office parties, or other small events.
The first floor bedroom has a king bed and a sofa sleeper and has its own secluded wing of the property.
