We would like to invite you to our garden villa close to the city in a quiet location (right on the edge of the forest). One of three apartments in our house is now available - this is on the first floor. With light-flooded rooms, an open kitchen, a study, bathroom with bathtub and exclusive access to a balcony flanking the entire apartment with a view of the idyllic garden. The apartment is ideal for work, time out or as a starting point for a Dresden holiday or trips to Saxon Switzerland, which can be reached within 30 minutes from the house. In addition, the surrounding area (Dresden Heath, Elbe meadows, Elbe castles, vineyards, ...) invites you to take long bike tours and walks. You can either rent bikes from us or park your own in our garage. The so-called highlands, which begin not far from the house, are also worth a hike. The starting point of the famous "Painter's Trail" based on Caspar David Friedrich can also be reached quickly. Other amenities include peace and quiet and clean air - yet supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, stops, car sharing and a swimming pool/sauna can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot.
A note: Tasso, a trusting and friendly springer spaniel, lives in our house.
