The Space:
Located in Cabins at the Farm, one of the most desired Suncadia Neighborhoods, this newly completed masterpiece is ready for fun. The Main Home has 4 spacious bedrooms. The fully stocked, gourmet kitchen is ready for all your cooking and serving needs. The open concept living area boasts enough space for the whole group to enjoy the fireplace and watch TV, with a convenient half bath. The detached Bunkhouse offers a second kitchen, full bath and 2 bunk beds.
This property is not managed by Suncadia Resort, and guests of this property do not have access to the following amenities provided by the resort: access to the Swim and Fitness Center, access to Nelson Farm Pool, IntraResort Shuttle Service, Suncadia Resort charges a FEE for these services that our Guests do not pay

The Lodge great room offers stunning views, friendly staff, refreshments and gourmet bites. You will find two 18 Hole Golf Courses, miles of hiking trails for all abilities and endless activities nearby. If you need referrals for motor toy or boat rentals, fishing guides or local dining options, our Team will be happy to help, please ask!
Getting Around:
We encourage you to book your activities as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Our area is a busy destination for recreation travelers and it is often difficult to get a dining reservation or tee time without planning ahead. Please let us know if we can assist or provide contact information for any planned activities at the time you make your reservation.
Other Things to Note:
Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 20 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. We will do our best to reschedule your trip at a later date, subject to availability and rate restrictions.
