The second Master Bedroom is furnished with 2 XL Twin Bunk Beds, and a private bath. The third Bedroom has a queen bed and TV, making this unit perfect for a small group or families of 8 people. Additional amenities include a private washer and dryer, radiant heated floors in all the bathrooms, Free WiFi, a half bath and Balconies! No Grills Allowed. The Living Room has a smart TV and Gas Fireplace. The large dining room table is located just off the Full Size Kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Mill Club 411 is an elegant 3 bedroom with stunning views of Copper Mountain and is just a quick :30 second walk to the American Eagle Lift. Mill Club offers heated underground parking and is located right in the heart of the Center Village's many shops and restaurants. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR21-02182 | One parking space per condo available on-site.
