Downstairs, you'll find a spacious family room with a large smart tv, sleeper sofa, bathroom, and two more bedrooms.
We've also got a backyard patio with a charcoal grill, a fenced in yard, and a two stall garage.

We are very centrally located! About a 1-2 minute drive to Interstate-235, you can get to Downtown Des Moines, the Historic East Village, or Jordan Creek Town Center in 10-15 minutes.
