With room for the whole family and near all the hustle and bustle of Gainesville, guests will love the high-end touches and comfort that this home has to offer. Treat yourself to luxury this trip!
This large home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This property has a large, fully equipped kitchen as well as an open living space with a huge 65" smart TV. A gorgeous, fully-fenced backyard has lounge chairs, outdoor dining, a fire pit & BBQ for your entire group (including your doggies) to enjoy the warm Florida weather.
Guests have access to all spaces (2,100 SF & 2-car garage).
We have space for four cars in the driveway and garage. There is a Level 2 ChargePoint EV Charger in the garage.
There are 2 Ring security cameras on the outside of our home. One is located by the front door, and one is located by the garage door, and they face out towards the front yard and driveway.
