Welcome to your perfect stay for visiting everything DC has to offer only a short drive away! This spacious & luxurious townhome is located right off of 395 in a quiet, family neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. It also offers private garage parking as well as a driveway.
This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2250 sqft) townhome sleeps 8 and delivers top of the line luxury to include a newly renovated open concept main floor, 65" Sony TV w/ Sonos Soundbar (including Flex and Apple TV), super high speed internet, motorized (voice controlled) blackout shades, Sonos speakers on each level, granite counter tops, a large island, breakfast bar and plenty of dishes, pots, and pans to enjoy group meals whether you want to order in or cook up a storm.
Ready to ride? Within 15 minutes you can be at our nation's capital soaking in all the sights! Don't feel like driving? The metro station is one mile away and you can catch a bus from right outside the front door.
Need snacks? There's a 7/11 a forty-five second walk from the front door and better yet, a Safeway grocery store 1/4 mile away from the property located in Van Dorn Plaza.
*Queen bed in the office is a 22" high air mattress.

Summary: The property exceeded our expectations in every way our host Ben could not have been more cordial in accommodating to our needs and requests . He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and was very attentive to everything we asked of him. When and if we come back to this area, we will most definitely stay at his townhouse. I would recommend him to everybody!
