4. NO parking on the street whatsoever
5. Standard check-in time is after 4pm, check-out time is 10am. Late fee of $35 per half hour after check out time; we reserve the right to have you evicted for staying later than your agreed upon check out time.
6. Extra cleaning fees apply for stains and spills. A minimum change of $250 will be charged for smoking.
7. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE OR REARRANGE THE FURNITURE. DOING SO SCRATCHES THR FLOOR AND BEND THE LEGS ON THE BEDS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANYTHING BROKEN OR DAMAGED DURING YOUR STAY.
8. Violations of house rules will result immediate eviction. *NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN
9. Check in must be made by the person that booked.
10. We require the cell phone number of the person that booked.
11. An additional fee of $40 per night per guest over the number registered will be charged. All guests must be on reservation. Exceeding the number of guests on lease is unacceptable and will result in eviction. *NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN
12. Same day bookings after 11am will not be accepted or honored.

*We are happy to quickly fix any issues you find at check in, including any complaints about cleaning, broken items, or missing amenities.
*We reserve the right to enter to repair any such reported problem. We do not offer refunds if you do not report issues on a timely basis and give us the opportunity to fix the problem.
*SECURITY CAMERAS ARE ON THE EXTERIOR ONLY!! They may record both video and voice. Cameras are not monitored, but are used to see when check in happens, to see who has arrived, and to secure the property between guests. We do not promise cameras will be in working order continuously or that we will retain access to any video that is captured.
*Disconnecting security cameras is not allowed; we reserve the right to access the exterior and interior of the house if the cameras are not working so we can reconnect them. Purposeful disconnection of cameras will result in a fine of $50 for each camera disconnected.
