Gorgeous hardwood floors thru out the condo, with new furniture in the living room and dining area. Walk out to the deck overlooking the golf and enjoy the view. Master Bedroom has king size bed with en suite full bath. Master bath has been updated with wonderful walk in shower. Guest room has double bed with twin bunk bed. Living room has fold out couch so condo can sleep eight people comfortably. Beach access is only minutes away on a shaded bike path or enjoy a nice walk to the beach too. Luxury at its finest in Shipyard near the beach. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay.
Shipyard has 27 holes of golf to enjoy and miles of shaded bike paths. Beach access is a short walk from the Greens or an easy bike ride. The Greens has a community pool only steps from 145 The Greens for the family to swim in to cool off. The Sonesta Hotel is next door with restaurant and bar only a short walk away. Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities is also across the street where you can get instruction or enjoy a game on indoor or outdoor courts. Shipyard is located centrally near all the restaurants, shops and golf courses on the Island too.
