Completely renovated, unique, West Vancouver 3 bedroom home with a flowing creek in the front yard. In beautiful Eagle Harbour, the house is a 5 minute walk to a sandy swimming beach, with hiking trails right out your front door. On the bus route, and close to the ferries. Perfect location to enjoy all that West Vancouver has to offer and only a 75 minute drive to Whistler!
Open concept kitchen with sunken living room which boasts a wood burning fireplace and a grand piano. There are 2 outdoor living spaces which include a sunny side patio with fire table and L-shaped lounge seating as well as a covered eating space off the kitchen with a 10 foot table, a rock wall, a fire pit, and an industrial heater for year round dining. The main floor has the kitchen, living room, a cozy TV room with Cloud couch, a computer desk area, a bedroom with desk and bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms including a master and a generous size bathroom with shower. The front porch includes patio chairs and table to enjoy your evening cocktail and listen to the sound of the flowing creek.
You have entire upstairs of the house (2 floors) , all outdoor decks and space and the laundry area downstairs. The downstairs side suite off of the laundry room is locked off for owners personal contents. Guest parking is on the east side of the house (left when facing the house from the street). The owners may overlap for a night or 2 during your stay but generally they only rent when they are going to be out of town. They will advise you of this when booking.
