The living room has a gas fireplace and TV and is open to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet chef and has a SubZero, a Wolf range, and Cook & Cook Exquisite Custom Cabinetry. There is a powder room and window seat adjacent the front hall. There is Sonos sound for the kitchen, living room, media room, master bedroom, and porch.
2nd FLOOR:
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, sitting area, Sonos and 2 walk-in closets. The attached bathroom has a custom shower with rain shower head, bench, and hand shower.
The queen bedroom has a TV and 2 closets. The attached bathroom has a custom shower with rain shower head.
The twin bedroom has 2 closets and attached bathroom with tub/shower.
LOWER LEVEL:
A 2nd King bedroom with a sitting area is located on the lower level. The attached bathroom has tub/shower. The bathroom may be kept private to the bedroom or opened to the hall and accessible to the media room.
The media room has a 65" Curved Smart TV, Sonos sound system, natural daylight windows, and egress stair to the rear patio and fire pit.
There is laundry with 2 XL capacity washers and dryers.
OUTDOOR:
The rear patio, with Paloform gas fire pit and dining table for 8, is framed by a small yard. The side porch has 2 lounge chairs for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. There is a grill and outdoor shower with a rain shower head and hand shower. At the front door there is a warm water foot wash. There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles. This property is 4/10 of mile to Steps Beach and 7/10 of a mile to downtown restaurants and shops.
