Outside patio (rear elevation) with an amazing view of the Downs and ample room for keeping mountain bikes out of view (we do of course recommend locking bikes if stored anywhere outside and ask that no bikes are brought inside).

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have double beds and a dresser.
Attic room with large on-suite shower room and a king size bed (can be separated into 2 singles), office table, chair and clothes rail.
