This gated and access controlled complex is full of amicable people, an excellent place to enjoy with the family, celebrate a romance or better yet, to start one. Marbella offers a gym and beauty salon – spa, and excellent food can be ordered from the restaurant next to the pool or from any of the huts around the beach. If you are looking forward to an awesome weekend, week, or even a month this is just the place for you, either way you will enjoy it.

Located only 25 kilometers away from Las Americas International Airport, that is about 25 minute drive, 45 minutes away from the Capital, Santo Domingo, and 10 minutes away from San Pedro de Macoris. San Pedro de Macoris is home to many major league baseball players. This condo has cable, Wi-Fi, a TV in each bedroom and the living room, a small safe, its own assigned parking space and is fully equipped for an unforgettable vacation. The unit accommodates up to 6 guests, with two bathrooms, living room, dining area, linen included, private balcony, A/C, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. The entertainment area has two Olympic size pools with 2 Jacuzzis, and it offers many sand games such as beach volleyball and beach soccer. A gazebo with restrooms complements the area. In addition to all Marbella has to offer, we have available a local individual who is excellent at babysitting, cooking and cleaning. While not included in the rental fee, her rates are extremely reasonable. She can prepare a wide variety of meals, including favorite local dishes

Summary: The property is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on the 11th floor of the Marbella, a fairly new complex with 5 buidings surrounding 2 pools, a bar, a restaurant, and a beautiful beach. It is right on the ocean, and very secure. Juan Dolio is a much smaller, quieter community than Punta Cana or the other more tourist-centric locations. There are a few bars, restaurants, a small grocery store, and a bank nearby so if you didn't have a car, it would be just fine. The apartment was very clean, the patio was amazing, and we felt very safe here. There were security guards at the pool and on the beach 24-7, and we were rarely approached by any vendors on the beach....very different than Punta Cana. There was some decent snorkeling in front of and on adjacent properties. Saw a few flounder, a seahorse, many colorful fish, and some crabs. Jon and Arelis were great hosts....we had a few items we contacted them regarding, and they were very responsive to take care of them. They upgraded the internet router for us, and we were able to work remotely from the property. We would highly recommend this apartment for rent.
