Famous Tamarindo Beach is only 150 yards away from the condo and you are right in the center of town within walking distance to everything in town.
With over 1500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Spacious living and dining areas. Flat screen TV's and DVD players with cable in the living room and both bedrooms, hi-speed internet, phone, and central AC. Both bedrooms are very spacious and each have their own private full bathrooms and plenty of storage for clothes and belongings. The master has a king bed and a private full bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and a private full bathroom. There is a utility room in the condo with a full washer and dryer. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, all new stainless steel appliances and stove top, and granite counters. The condo has an in-room safe as well as 24/7 manned security outside, a secure parking that is just outside of the unit, and elevators.
