It is located on the free shuttle route and right next door is the Park City Municipal Area Recreational Center (PCMARC), that offers a gym, indoor tennis and track, pool and more. The Park City MARC is also one of the premier theaters for Sundance Film Festival, in addition to the Eccles Center (the #1 Sundance movie premier location), which is a half mile away. Additionally, Park City Mountain Resort is only two miles away!

You will enter the home through the front door into the main living area – living room, kitchen and dining area with hardwood floors throughout.

Outdoor Areas: The main level features a large private deck off the living room with an 8-person high-end Bullfrog hot tub, stainless steel BBQ grill, fire-pit, and cozy outdoor seating and patio table all overlooking the Park City ski slopes and natural open space. This unit has a 1-car detached garage and plenty of parking in the community.
