For those who like to cook, the kitchen is a Chef's dream, remodeled in Fall 2025 to include white cabinetry, new custom quartz countertops and stainless appliances, including a double oven, The grillmasters can appreciate the Weber grill on the lanai. Every amenity is available for you to prepare a fantastic meal and enjoy it while watching the sunset over the lake. Our property features an oversized primary bedroom with king bed, and newly-remodeled ensuite bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature a king bed and a queen bed sharing a remodeled jack & jill bathroom. Relax in the spacious Great Room with 12 foot ceilings and a 75" TV, or curl up with a good book on the couch in the private Den. For those that need to hop on their laptop, a desk and printer are also located in the Den. All linens are provided. Golfers have great access to Lely Resorts golf courses! Available for a minimum of 30 days, your rental includes guest member privileges for two adults at the incomparable Players Club and Spa. No pets please.
