Welcome to your private retreat located in the heart of Diamond Head and Kahala! This spacious 4 bedroom 4.5 bath executive residence offers over 4,000 square feet of living space for everyone to enjoy. Beach access located close by and award winning golf just minutes away. This home offers a two car private garage as well as additional parking at the front and rear of the property. The first floor includes a large peaceful bedroom with queen bed and a spacious kitchen which has everything you need including storage and a large dining area with seating for 8. A spacious living room area hosts large flat screen TV with ROKU and DVD player. The lap pool is adjacent to the downstairs dining and living areas with large floor to ceiling windows offering a light and tropical atmosphere. The second level includes 3 additional large bedrooms, all en suite. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, large soaking whirlpool tub, shower stall, separate water closet with bidet, walk-in closet and private lanai. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and single bed and third bedroom a king size bed with views of the mountains. There is a library and additional entertainment center located at the top of the stairwell. Guests can enjoy a wide range of games and puzzles during their stay.
This executive residence comes fully furnished including linens and beach towels for 10 guests. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Note - doors open up to pool area from dining and living areas and unattended children are not recommended in this area. Home does have white carpet and walls throughout. Central AC on both levels and laundry center located on the first level. We look forward to you staying with us!
The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period.
