Villa Ami Sanibella is the perfect home for guests seeking a modern upscale residence with a large outdoor pool area for fun in the sun. Situated close to the ever popular Tarpon Point Marina in Cape Coral, the home was completely renovated from top to bottom in 2023 + all new furniture so this feels like a brand new home. From the designer Kitchen to the custom built outdoor Tiki Hut, everything in this home is luxurious and modern by design.
On stepping through the home's entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beach vibe tones, the quality of this home is instantly apparent. The Living area is furnished with comfortable recliner leather sofas, smart cable TV with Netflix, a feature fire place plus views over the pretty pool area. There is also a Games Nook area located in the Living Area featuring an 'old school' Gaming machine with multiple classics such as Pac-man and Space Invaders for family fun.
The Kitchen has been finished with cream custom wooden cabinets and designer stone worktops. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, smart TV and sliding doors to the pool area.
